Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is made, no refund or order cancellation on all normal purchase or sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code.

We will only process refund if the shipping address is out of our delivery coverage area, in this case we will refund for you within 7 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require the receipt or proof of purchase, the reasons of refund, and email to merryme.icecream@gmail.com.

Once the order(s) are delivered, the items are not exchangeable for any reason, for instance: change of mind, you just don’t like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code.

If the product(s) shipped are wrong based on the original order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer services and provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the reasons of exchange.

The product(s) to be exchanged MUST be notified on the day of receiving it. In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition and with its original packaging.

If received any product(s) spoiled out during delivery or any delay in delivery working days without any information ( after 7 working days after payment made) and you wish to proceed refund, you need to attach the photo of the spoiled out product(s) include the date and time in the photo any proof of purchase to merryme.icecream@gmail.com, and we will only proceed refund / exchange of items within 7 working days.

In order to proceed refund or exchange for any faulty product(s), you need to attach the photo of the product(s), the production batch date and the receiving date within 7 working days after receiving the product(s). We will not handling for any complaint(s) after 7 working days from your received date.

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason and we shall notify you when the refund process has been initiated.

We retain the right to withdraw or cease to make available any or all products from the site, without liability or prior notice.
