MEMBERSHIP FAQ
The points can redeem different reward from Merry Reward. You can view the required points to redeem in here.
You will need to log into your Merry account, go to Reward Centre and add the Discount Voucher to shopping cart. You can also select from the ‘Merry Rewards’ Tab available during the checkout process. Proceed to checkout in order to redeem the voucher.
You can find the voucher code at MY VOUCHER after redeem.
An email will send to you on your birthday month with the birthday gift code or you can find the code at MY VOUCHER. To redeem, an item purchase is required. Please copy the birthday gift code and insert it at the checkout process to redeem.
One point is equivalent to RM1, the points will be accumulated if not been used.
The points do not have expired date as long as it is not be redeem.
The points are NOT valid to transfer to other accounts.
Points are not exchangeable to cash; it is only able to use to redeem the items in here .
